Membership forms, friends forms and consent forms are also available from the Route 81 office or from the weekly Drop In on Monday and Tuesdays 4-5 pm New Hall or from the Chill Out Cafe Fridays 7-10 pm New Hall.

To join in Route81 activities you MUST fill in a membership form which must be signed by your parent/guardian.

To bring a friend along they reqiure a completed and signed friends form.

Some events, which take members away from the Route81 centre, require a completed and signed consent form. These MUST be handed in before the event. NO FORM - NO TRIP.
