Awards 2010
This years awards were presented at th
AGM 29th March 2010.
The Route 81 Star Performer Trophy is awarded to the Route 81
Member who has excelled at something throughout the year or achieved
something in their life which they or someone else is proud of!
Young people, volunteers and workers at Route 81 are
permitted to vote for the person whom they think most deserves this
award and for the year of 2009, the winner was Cara Fullwood.
Some of the reasons put forward for Cara to receive this
award:
“Cara is always up for a challenge and NEVER lets anyone
down.”
“Cara has become less shy and has really came out of her
‘shell’.”
“Cara passed her dance examinations and got a highly
commended for them all”
“Cara agreed to be part of an interview panel for Route 81
and whilst she was nervous about this she overcame all of her anxieties
and made a great impression on everyone”
“Cara always shows responsibility in everything that she does and has a very mature attitude. She is very caring and is always aware of the feelings of those around her.”
The Route 81 World of Difference Trophy is awarded to the Route 81 Member who has ‘changed the world around them’ by making a positive change to either their own life/their family/their community/their school/the world!'

this award:
“Kierra always comes to Route 81 and gets involved in everything and puts a smile on everyone’s face!”
“Kierra may be quiet at times but she makes a big impact on the lives of those around her! She cares for her friends and is always there for them”.
“Kierra really cares about all of her friends and everyone knows that they can rely on her and trust her 100%”
“Kierra is committed to Route 81 and in this commitment and reliability supports all the work that is being done, ensuring that Route 81 continues to strive forward as a dynamic and relevant youth project”
